Jim Eats was previously Division President - Americas for General Electric Wind Energy highlighting his 20+ year career with GE in the energy and industrial marketplace, Jim successfully led a $500 million P&L division led to unprecedented revenue, cash, EBITDA, and market position increases during a difficult regulatory climate. The division gained #1 market share in both the US and Canada, won the largest wind power contract ever awarded, and adopted world class operating and business practices. At GE Wind, he worked with the US Congress and Senate on regulatory policy. He also expanded manufacturing, sourcing, marketing, development, sales and service operations into Canada and South America.


Roger De Vito – Vice President of Finance and Business Affairs

Mr. De Vito brings expertise built on more than 35 years of experience as an energy services professional and attorney specializing in private power generation, project development, finance, acquisition, evaluation and management.  In his career, Mr. De Vito has played a pivotal role in energy projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.  With a legal, contractual, and financial background combined with extensive project development expertise offers a wide range of services to energy sector companies. Capable of managing virtually all aspects of an acquisition of power related entities and or assets, or the development of a project from its inception.
